I felt well cared for during the lead up to my case by Ilyas and the team at Caines Law. It was 3 stressful years of waiting for the minor driving offence by my husband which I was being prosecuted to come to court and then finally just dropped without explanation. During this time I received regular and courteous updates and I am sure they would have helped me achieve a satisfactory outcome had it been in court. A waste of everyone’s time and money but in the end a relief it’s come to an end.

OUTSTANDING! I absolutely would recommend Caines Law to everybody. I recently had the misfortune of attending court and being ‘awarded’ 6 points and a 1k fine for speeding and failing to identify the driver which was a complete shock as I felt I was innocent of both. I contacted Caines and from the initial call with Feroz through the next few months with Ilyas I have had nothing but superb advice and support. Every step of the way I was kept informed with every call and email being the epitome of professionalism. Their customer service is superb with enless patience and the speediest response I have ever experienced. The costs came to little more than the initial fine and I have no idea how they manage to provide the service they do for the charges they make. They successfully achieved the goal with my case being dropped and. the fine and points removed. There are never any guarantees and they were explicit from the start about the success or failure rate. Anybody writing a negative review clearly didn’t get the outcome they wanted and perhaps should have listened to the initial advice on their case. I hope I never have cause to use them again but I will keep Caines on speed dial just in case.
